In article 104 (Restriction with respect to aerial photography, aerial survey and aerial work in aircraft outside the United Kingdom)—

(a)

in paragraph (1), for the words “the United Kingdom”, in the second place where they occur, substitute “Jersey” and for the words “Secretary of State” substitute “Committee”; and

(b)

in paragraph (2), omit the words “of article 72 of this Order or”.
