# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 42


In article 105 (Flights over any foreign country)—
(a) in paragraph (1), for the words “the United Kingdom”, in the second place where they occur, substitute “Jersey”; and
(b) in paragraph (3), for the words “the United Kingdom”, in the second place where they occur, substitute “Jersey”.
