# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 43


In article 106 (Mandatory reporting), in paragraph (2) at the end of sub-paragraph (b) add the words “nor shall any accident of which notice has been given under article 5 of the Civil Aviation (Investigation of Accidents and Incidents) (Jersey) Order 2000”.
