In article 107 (Power to prevent aircraft flying)—

(a)

in paragraphs (1) and (2), after the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, insert the words “, the Committee”; and

(b)

in paragraphs (3) and (4), for the words “Secretary of State”, wherever they occur, substitute “Committee”.
