# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 45


In article 108 (Right of access to aerodromes and other places)—
(a) in paragraph (1), omit the words “Subject to paragraph (2),” and after the word “Authority” insert the words “, the Committee”; and
(b) omit paragraph (2).
