# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 46


In article 111 (Penalties)—
(a) in each of paragraphs (1) and (2), for the words “, of any regulations” substitute “of an Order or any regulations”;
(b) in paragraph (4)—
(i) for the words “, of any regulations” substitute “of an Order or any regulations”; and
(ii) omit the words “on summary conviction”; and
(c) in paragraphs (5) and (6), omit the words “on summary conviction” wherever they occur.
