# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 5


In article 7 (Issue of police air operators' certificates), in paragraph (1) for the words “a chief officer of police for any area of the United Kingdom” substitute “the Chief Officer of the States of Jersey Police Force”.
