# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 54


In article 119 (Public transport and aerial work)—
(a) in paragraph (2), after the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, insert the words “or the Committee”;
(b) in paragraph (3), omit sub-paragraph (b);
(c) in paragraph (5), in sub-paragraph (b) for the words “section 736 of the Companies Act 1985” substitute “Article 2 of the Companies (Jersey) Law 1991, as amended”;
(c) in paragraph (6)—
(i) in sub-paragraph (a), for the word “Authority”, wherever it occurs, substitute “Committee”; and
(ii) in sub-paragraph (b), for “paragraph (4)(a)(ii)(dd)” substitute “sub-paragraph (a)(ii)(dd)”;
(d) in paragraph (7), for the word “Authority” substitute “Committee”; and
(e) in paragraph (11), for the word “Authority”, whenever it occurs, substitute “Committee”.
