# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2000, Paragraph 9


For article 23 (Validation of licences) substitute—
“23 A certificate of validation issued by the Authority under article 23 of this Order as it has effect in the United Kingdom shall render valid for the purposes of this Order the flight crew licence to which it relates.”.
