# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008 (Revocation) Order 2014, Article 2: Revocation of the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008 and savings of Rules of the Air (Jersey) Order 2000 and licences, etc.


The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008 is revoked but–
(a) the Rules of the Air (Jersey) Order 2000 continued under the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008 remain in force as if made under Article 46 of the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014 until new Rules of the Air are made under that Law; and
(b) any licence, permission or approval or other authorization granted by the Director of Civil Aviation under the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, as that Order has effect in Jersey, shall continue in force as if granted by the Director of Civil Aviation under the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014.
