  "text": "(This note is not part of the Order)\nThis Order revokes the Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008 (S.I. 2008/2562), which extended to Jersey, subject to exceptions, adaptations and modifications, the Air Navigation Order 2005 (S.I. 2005/1970). The 2008 Order has been superseded by the Air Navigation (Jersey) Law 2014. However, any licence, permission or approval or other authorization granted under the 2008 Order is preserved, as is the Rules of the Air (Jersey) Order 2000 (R&O 13/2000).",
