Article 4 Application of the Air Navigation Order 2005

The provisions of the Air Navigation Order 2005f1 listed in Part 1 of the Schedule to this Order apply, with the modifications specified in Part 2 of that Schedule, to Jersey.

(2)

Any amendments made to the Air Navigation Order 2005 after the coming into force of this Order do not apply to Jersey.
