# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Introduction: Introductory text

The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
In exercise of the powers conferred upon Her by sections 60 (other than subsection (3)(r)), 61(1) and (2), 77, 101, and 102(1) and (2) of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Jersey) Order 1990, and section 35 of the Airports Act 1986, as extended to the Bailiwick of Jersey by the Airports Act 1986 (Jersey) Order, Her Majesty is pleased by and with the advice of Her Privy Council to order as follows:—
