# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 24


(1) Article 67 is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a) for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”;
(b) for “either a police air operator’s certificate or a parachuting” substitute “a”.
(3) In paragraphs (1) and (4)(a) and in both places in which it appears in paragraph (5), for “CAA” substitute “DCA”.
(4) Omit paragraph (4)(b).
