# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 25


In article 69—
(a) in paragraph (1)(a) and (1)(b), for “CAA” substitute “DCA”;
(b) in paragraph (1)(b), omit “subject to paragraph (2),”;
(c) omit paragraph (2);
(d) in paragraphs (3) and (4), omit “Subject to paragraph (5),”;
(e) omit paragraph (5);
(f) in paragraph (6), omit “registered in a country other than the United Kingdom”.
