# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 26


(1) Article 70 is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “Minister”;
(b) for “make regulations prescribing” substitute “by Order prescribe”.
(3) In paragraph (1)(g), for “CAA” substitute “DCA”.
(4) In paragraphs (1)(h), (2) and (3), for “regulations” substitute “Order”.
