# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 31


(1) Article 88 is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a) for “within a reasonable time after” substitute “upon”;
(b) for “cause to be produced” substitute “produce”.
(3) Omit paragraphs (2) to (4).
