In paragraphs (1)(a), (1)(b) and (2), omit “or by or under Part 21, 66, 145, 147 or M”.

(3)

For paragraph (5) substitute—

“(5)

A person shall not purport to issue any certificate for the purposes of this Order or of any Order made thereunder unless that person is authorised to do so under this Order.”.
