# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 38


In article 95—
(a) in paragraph (1), for the words from “Secretary of State” to “prescribing” substitute “Minister may by Order prescribe”;
(b) after paragraph (1), insert—
“(1A) An Order made under paragraph (1) is called in this Order “the Rules of the Air”.”;
(c) omit paragraph (3)(c);
(d) omit paragraph (4).
