# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 44


(1) Article 100 is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1)—
(a) for “United Kingdom” and, in the first place it appears, “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey”;
(b) for “the United Kingdom has” substitute “the States of Jersey have”.
(3) In paragraphs (1) and (2), for “CAA” substitute “DCA”.
(4) In paragraph (2)—
(a) for “it” substitute “he”;
(b) for “his” substitute “the applicant’s”.
