  "text": "(1) Article 107 is modified as follows.\n(2) in paragraph (1)—\n(a) for “paragraphs (3) and (4)” substitute “paragraph (3)”;\n(b) for sub-paragraphs (a) and (b) substitute—\n“(a) a valid student air traffic controller’s licence granted by a competent authority in a Member State of the European Union and approved under this Order by the DCA;\n(b) an appropriate air traffic controller’s licence granted by a competent authority in a Member State of the European Union and approved under this Order by the DCA; or”;\n(c) in sub-paragraph (c), after “granted” insert “ and approved”.\n(3) Omit paragraph (4).",
