For article 112 substitute—

“112.
(1)

The holder of an air traffic controller’s licence approved under this Order by the DCA shall not act in Jersey as an air traffic controller unless his licence includes a current medical certificate issued by the competent authority.

(2)

The holder of a student air traffic controller’s licence approved under this Order by the DCA shall not act in Jersey as a student air traffic controller unless his licence includes a current medical certificate issued by the competent authority.”.
