In article 125—
(a) in paragraphs (1), (3), (4)(d), (5), (6)(a) and (9), for “CAA” substitute “DCA”;
(b) in paragraphs (10) and (11), for “personal representative” substitute “executor or administrator”;
(c) omit paragraph (13).
