Article 131 is modified as follows.

For paragraph (1) substitute—

The Minister may by Order prescribe the conditions under which noise and vibration may be caused by aircraft (including military aircraft) on licensed aerodromes.”.

(a)

after “1982” insert “(as extended to Jersey by the Civil Aviation Act 1982 (Jersey) Order 1990^f1)”;

(b)

for “Secretary of State” substitute “Minister”.
