# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 66


(1) Article 136 is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraphs (1) and (2)—
(a) for “Secretary of State” substitute “ Minister”;
(b) for “Commissioners of Revenue and Customs” substitute “Minister for Treasury and Resources”;
(c) for “order” substitute “Order”.
