# The Air Navigation (Jersey) Order 2008, Paragraph 73


(1) Article 143 is modified as follows.
(2) In paragraphs (1), (2) and (3), for “CAA” substitute “DCA”.
(3) In paragraph (1), for “the United Kingdom” substitute “Jersey or within any airspace in which the States of Jersey have agreed to provide air traffic services under an international agreement”.
