  "text": "(1) Article 148 is modified as follows.\n(2) In paragraphs (1), (2), (3) and (4), for “regulations made thereunder or of Part 21, 145 or M” substitute “Order made thereunder”.\n(3) In paragraphs (4) and (5), omit “on summary conviction”.\n(4) In paragraph (4), for “level 3” substitute “level 2”.\n(5) In paragraph (5), for “level 4” substitute “level 3”.\n(6) In paragraphs (6) and (7), omit “on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding the statutory maximum and on conviction on indictment”.",
