Article 7 Noise certificate to be carried

(1)

An aircraft shall not land or take-off in the United Kingdom unless it carries any noise certificate which it is required to carry under the law of the country in which it is registered.

(2)

An aircraft registered in the United Kingdom shall, when in flight, whether within the United Kingdom or elsewhere, carry any noise certificate which is required by this Order to be in force in respect of that aircraft:

  • Provided that if the flight is intended to begin and end at the same aerodrome, the certificate may be kept at that aerodrome instead of being carried in the aircraft.
