# The Air Navigation (Noise Certification) Order 1987, Article 8: Production of noise certificate


The commander of an aircraft shall, within a reasonable time after being requested to do so by the CAA or an authorised person, cause to be produced to the CAA or that person the noise certificate in force in respect of that aircraft.
