Article 109 Small aircraft

The provisions of this Order, other than articles 51, 75, 106(1) and 106(4), shall not apply to or in relation to:

(a)

any balloon which at any stage of its flight is not more than 2 metres in any linear dimension including any basket or other equipment attached to the balloon;

(b)

any kite weighing not more than 2kg.;

(c)

any other aircraft weighing not more than 7kg. without its fuel; or

(d)

any parachute including a parascending parachute.
