Article 116 Exemption from Order

The Authority may exempt from any of the provisions of this Order (other than articles 72, 102, 103, 104, 105 or 117 thereof) or any regulations made thereunder, any aircraft or persons or classes of aircraft or persons, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as it thinks fit.
