  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 11th April 1995\nLaid before Parliament 25th April 1995\nComing into force 16th May 1995\nAt the Court at Windsor Castle, the 11th day of April 1995\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, sections 60 (other than subsection (3)(r)), 61, 77, 101 and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and section 35 of the Airports Act 1986 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
