  "text": "A certificate of experience in respect of a Commercial Pilot’s Licence (Balloons) shall not be valid more than 13 months after it was signed and in respect of any other licence shall not be valid more than 6 months after it was signed for Case D nor more than 13 months after it was signed for any other Case.",
