Article 132 Exceptions for certain classes of aircraft

The provisions of this Order other than articles 58, 64, 85(1), 86, 87, 118(1)(b), 129(1), (2) and (5) shall not apply to or in relation to:

(a)

any small balloon;

(b)

any kite weighing not more than 2 kg;

(c)

any small aircraft; or

(d)

any parachute, including a parascending parachute.
