Article 134 Competent authority

(a)

The CAA shall be the authority responsible in the United Kingdom for carrying out the functions of the Authority under JAR-145.

(b)

The Secretary of State shall be the competent authority under article 15 of Council Directive 96/29/Euratom of 13th May 1996f1 for the purposes of article 42 of the Directive.
