# The Air Navigation Order 2000, Article 93: Approval of courses and persons


Without prejudice to any other provision of this Order the CAA may, for the purposes of this Part of this Order, either absolutely or subject to such conditions as it thinks fit:
(a) approve any course of training or instruction;
(b) authorise a person to conduct such examinations or tests as it may specify; and
(c) approve a person to provide any course of training or instruction.
