  "text": "CIVIL AVIATION\nMade 14th June 2000\nLaid before Parliament 26th June 2000\nComing into force 19th July 2000\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of June 2000\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nHer Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred on Her by Section 2(2) of the European Communities Act 1972, Sections 60 (other than sub-section (3)(r)), 61, 77, 101 and 102 of and Schedule 13 to the Civil Aviation Act 1982 and Section 35 of the Airports Act 1986 and all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:",
