  "text": "(a) A certificate of test or a certificate of experience required by article 23(2) of this Order shall not be appropriate to the functions to be performed on a flight unless it is a certificate appropriate to the description of the flight according to the following Table:\nCase\nClass of national licence\nDescription of flight\nCertificate required\nA\nMicrolight Licence\nSLMG Licence\nPrivate Pilot’s Licence (Gyroplanes)\nAny flight within the privileges of the licence\nCertificate of test or certificate of experience\nB\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Balloons)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Gliders)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Airships)\nAirline Transport Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nCarriage of passengers on a flight in respect of which the holder of the licence receives remuneration\nCertificate of test\nC\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Balloons)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Gliders)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Airships)\nAirline Transport Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nFor public transport\nCertificate of test\nD\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Balloons)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Gliders)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Airships)\nAirline Transport Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nFor aerial work\nCertificate of test or certificate of experience\nE\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Balloons)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Gliders)\nCommercial Pilot’s Licence (Airships)\nAirline Transport Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)\nAny flight within the privileges of a Private Pilot’s Licence\nCertificate of test or certificate of experience\nF\nFlight Navigator’s Licence\nFlights to which article 20(4) of this Order applies.\nCertificate of experience\n(b) For the purposes of this Part of this Schedule, references to Cases are references to the Cases indicated in the first Column of the Table in paragraph 1(a) of this Part of this Schedule.",
