  "heading": "Prohibition of unlicensed flight information service officers",
  "text": "(1) A person must not act as a flight information service officer at any aerodrome or area control centre or hold himself or herself out, whether by use of a radio call sign or in any other way, as a person who may so act unless—\n(a) they hold and comply with the terms of a flight information service officer's licence granted under this Order authorising the holder to act as such an officer at that aerodrome or area control centre; and\n(b) they have identified themselves in such a manner as may be notified.\n(2) In this Chapter, “acting as a flight information service officer” means giving a flight information service.",
