  "heading": "Issue of aerodrome safety directives for national licensed aerodromes",
  "text": "(1) The CAA may issue a directive (“an aerodrome safety directive”) to a national aerodrome licence holder if it has determined the existence of an unsafe condition at a national licensed aerodrome which requires immediate action.\n(2) An aerodrome safety directive must contain, as a minimum, the following information—\n(a) details of the unsafe condition;\n(b) the actions required and the rationale for requiring them; and\n(c) the time limit for compliance with the required actions.",
