  "text": "(1) If the certificate of airworthiness includes the flight manual for the aircraft, ... with the permission of the CAA, an aircraft to which article 116 applies need not carry the flight manual as part of Document B.\n(2) With the permission of the CAA, an aircraft to which article 116 applies need not carry Document J if it carries an operations manual which includes the detailed information specified at paragraph 1(s) of Part 1 of Schedule 9.\n(3) If a public transport flight is intended to begin and end at the same aerodrome and does not include passage over the territory of any country other than the United Kingdom, the documents required under paragraph 1(a) may be kept at that aerodrome instead of being carried in the aircraft.",
