# The Air Navigation Order 2016, Paragraph 12: Amendment of Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1979


In article 1A(4)(fff) of the Rehabilitation of Offenders (Exceptions) Order (Northern Ireland) 1979 , for “Article 137 or 138 of the Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ Article 240 or 241 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
