# The Air Navigation Order 2016, Paragraph 14: Amendment of the Planning (General Development Procedure) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015


In article 2(1) of the Planning (General Development Procedure) Order (Northern Ireland) 2015 , in the definition of “licensed aerodrome”, for “Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
