  "text": "In the Police Act 1997 —\n(a) in section 113A as it applies to Northern Ireland , for subsection (6D)(fff), substitute—\n“(fff) an offence under article 240 or 241 of the Air Navigation Order 2016;”;\n(b) for paragraph 23 of Schedule 8A , substitute—\n“23 An offence under article 265 of the Air Navigation Order 2016 in respect of a contravention of article 240 of that Order (endangering safety of aircraft).”.",
