# The Air Navigation Order 2016, Paragraph 4: Amendment of the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012


In paragraph 7(e) of Schedule 2 to the Plant Protection Products (Sustainable Use) Regulations 2012 , for “article 131(2) of the Air Navigation Order 2009”, substitute “ article 91(2) of the Air Navigation Order 2016 ”.
