  "text": "(1) Aircraft are to be classified in accordance with the table.\nTable\nColumn 1\nColumn 2\nColumn 3\n(1) Lighter than air aircraft\n(a) Non-power driven\n(i) Free Balloon\n(ii) Captive Balloon\n(b) Power driven\n(i) Airship\n(2) Heavier than air aircraft\n(a) Non-power driven\n(i) Glider\n(ii) Kite\n(b) Power driven flying machines\n(i) Aeroplane (Landplane)\n(ii) Aeroplane (Seaplane)\n(iii) Aeroplane (Amphibian)\n(iv) Aeroplane (Self-launching Motor Glider)\n(v) Powered Lift (Tilt Rotor)\n(vi) Rotorcraft—\n(aa) Helicopter;\n(bb) Gyroplane.\n(2) An aircraft which is intended to be operated with no pilot on board is to be further classified as unmanned.\n(3) Unmanned aircraft include unmanned free balloons and remotely piloted aircraft.",
