Article 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2021 and, subject to paragraph (2), it comes into force on 22nd July 2021.

Article 23(13) comes into force on 30th September 2021.
