# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2021, Article 11: Commercial air transport operations at night etc.


In article 103, at the end insert “or it is a single-engine turbine aeroplane operating under, and in accordance with, an approval issued by the Governor”.
