In Schedule 3—

(a)

in the Part “Commercial Pilot’s Licence (Aeroplanes)”, in paragraph (3)(g)—

(i)

omit “who has not attained the age of 60 years and”;

(ii)

at the end add “and neither of the two pilots has attained the age of 65 years”;

(b)

in the Part “Commercial Pilot’s Licence (Helicopters and Gyroplanes)”, in paragraphs (2)(b) and (h)—

(i)

omit “who has not attained the age of 60 years and”;

(ii)

at the end add “and neither of the two pilots has attained the age of 65 years”.
