# The Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) (Amendment) Order 2004, Article 26: Amendment of the Air Navigation (Overseas Territories) Order 2001


In Schedule 9, paragraph 2(3), the words “for any aircraft which is flying not more than 40 nautical miles from the aerodrome traffic zone of the aerodrome in respect of which the service is being provided” shall be omitted.
